Rev. Dr. Albert S. L. Kitcher is an apostle called to minister the gospel of the Kingdom of God, an educator, mentor and a seasoned speaker. He is a man who wears many hats diligently.

He is the founder and presiding Apostle at World Transformation Church, and the Kingdom Resource International Community headquartered in Ukraine and also CEO of KAIROS Group Initiatives a global career and Human Capital Development Consultancy.

Dr. Kitcher answered to the call of God to serve as a missionary to the needy while he was a student in the then USSR. Since then, he had served those in children's homes, old folks homes, prisons, hospitals, the shut-in etc. through Today's Family, a NGO he set up to serve the needy and less privileged.

Due to the apostolic mandate on Dr. Kitcher's life, he travels extensively through out the former Soviet Union and around the globe bringing the message of God's restoration, love, healing and power to transform unto many. He also holds lectures, seminars and trainings in Leadership Development and Community Transformation Projects.

Apostle Kitcher is the Chief Academic Officer and member of the Board of Regents at the Accelerated School of Christian Ministry International a global accredited leadership institution founded in the USA.

His interaction and experience in working with the youth and university students have won him respect and admiration amongst professors, students and parents worldwide. He has a unique ability to relate to people in all levels of society and leaves those who come into contact with him challenged to move forward in life.

Dr Kitcher have authored books dealing extensively with issues on the family, Kingdom dynamics, apostolic reformation, reaching out and serving orphans and the needy, the role of individuals in building communities, how to study and Transforming your world among others. He holds degrees in Forensics, Painting, and Ministry Science.

He is a Columnist at Business and Financial Times, a Research Assistant, a Chartered Economic Policy Analyst (CEPA), a Chartered Managerial Economist (Ch. ME), a Chartered Management Consultants, a Forensic Accountant, a Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP), Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), a Fellow of The Global Academy of Finance and Management.

He has published over 20 articles in the areas of Economics, Management, Security, System Thinking, Forensic Accounting, How to build a learning Organization, Effective Change Management, Corporate Governance etc.

He holds a PH.D. in Forensic Accounting & Audit, a Graduate of Ghana School of Law, an MSc in Accounting and Finance, an MPhil in Corporate Governance & Leadership, a BSc in Accounting, a BSc in Law. He is currently an LLM student in Tax Policy at University of Ghana School of Law.

He is a pupil at Amissah & Amissah at Law and a lecturer at the Banking & Finance Department at Ndoum School of Business & Technology.

Wing commander Patrick Nelson Sogbodjor was born and bred in Kumasi Adum and was educated in Achimota Secondary School. He joined the Ghana Air force in 1963 and was trained with the Italian Air Force in Italy and qualified as a Jet Fighter Pilot and was commissioned into the Ghana air Force.

He is a graduate of the Royal Air Force College in UK in Management and Administration. He is also a graduate of United States Air Force University in Maxwell Air Force Base, USA. He also had a Diploma in Public Administration from GIMPA. Finally a graduate of the Ghana Armed Forces Seniors and Command Staff College. He was voluntary released from the Ghana Armed Forces in 1985 and was awarded the Long Services and Efficienc Medal after 20years in the Service.

He was a Managing Director of PatNels and Italumex Aluminum Construction company. He has also been installed as the Manoyam Mantse (Nkosouhene) of the Ada Traditional area as Nene Sogbodjor Obuade I.
